What type of request are your concerned with?
Customers are obligated to pay the portion of your bill this is not in dispute by the stated due date. CCWA will acknowledge receipt of your filed dispute and we will follow up with a resolution. Once CCWA provides a resolution of the bill(s) dispute the customer shall remit payment for the amount in question within 10 calendar days. Please note: CCWA is not responsible for repairs on private property.
